This March, A Place to Thrive and EmpowerMe are partnering to offer a free adaptive movement experience for individuals with special needs and their families. Participants will enjoy functional fitness activities, mindful movement, and yoga while building social and emotional skills in a supportive and welcoming environment. Together, we are expanding access to inclusive, adaptive movement in our community and creating a space where individuals of all abilities can strengthen their bodies, support emotional regulation, build confidence, and connect with others. This event encourages connection, fun, and the opportunity to meet others in the community while building new friendships in an inclusive space.
