Inclusive Movement for Individuals of All Abilities
Movement in March is a month-long community initiative created by A Place to Thrive to expand access to inclusive, adaptive movement experiences.
This campaign is rooted in a simple belief: movement looks different for every body — and every body deserves access to wellness.
Throughout the month of March, we’re offering FREE adaptive movement sessions designed to support:
💪 Functional strength and everyday independence
⚖️ Balance and physical stability
🌬 Emotional regulation and nervous system support
🤝 Social connection and community belonging
Each session is led by a certified adaptive movement professional and thoughtfully designed to meet individuals where they are. Movements are adaptable, supportive, and accessible — whether participants are standing, seated, using mobility devices, or exploring gentle body awareness.
Movement in March is more than exercise.
It is about confidence.
It is about inclusion.
It is about creating spaces where individuals of all abilities feel welcomed, supported, and empowered.
Who It’s For
Movement in March serves individuals of all abilities, including those with disabilities, neurodivergence, and diverse support needs. Families, caregivers, and community members are welcome to participate and engage.
No prior experience is required — just a willingness to move in a way that feels safe and supportive.
